AI isn't a shortcut to success

The biggest misconception among the most “AI-pilled” founders is that they think they’re winning because they manically use AI.

Everyone has access to AI, it's not really a competitive edge many founders think it is. I’ve seen teams churning out feature after feature that still haven’t figured out what problem they’re actually solving.

Many people will soon find out that AI isn’t really a shortcut to PMF. Good judgement and critical thinking are more important than ever. But when both are clouded by a FOMO driven frenzy, it’s hard not to wonder if this is a sign of a bubble.

PS. Vibe coders can easily copy your product and undercut your price. A moat is another thing you can’t just outsource to AI.
